A site the sales team can actually use.
Chatbot Team is a conversational AI vendor selling to enterprise and growth-stage buyers. The existing site did not support the sales motion: it was hard to navigate, slow to update with new campaigns, and structured for a product audience while the sales team pitched budget owners.
As Fractional CTO, we led the full relaunch: new positioning architecture, a modular marketing-page system the GTM team could extend without a developer, and a custom WordPress theme built for conversion and fast campaign updates. Every trade-off in the engagement favoured ship speed and measurable impact: only features that directly served the sales conversation.
Site built for the sales conversation
The previous site was structured for a technical audience: buyers who already knew what conversational AI was. The sales team was pitching budget owners, heads of customer experience, and operations leaders. The site was rewritten around those buyers and what they actually needed to say yes.
Modular pages the marketing team owned
The WordPress theme was built as a modular page system: campaign pages, use-case pages, and industry pages could be assembled and launched by the marketing team without a development ticket. That pace mattered for a sales team running active outbound.

As Fractional CTO, we owned the full range of technical decisions: platform choice, build approach, hosting, analytics, and the trade-offs between speed and quality. The team had one accountable technical lead rather than a chain of contractors each owning a narrow slice.
